Our April 2010 silhouette matches produced a lot of fun, with a total of 10 shooters. The weather was good and so was the company. We welcomed a new shooter, Mr. Joe Cruz, into the sport. Several shooters from New York gave us a visit, and we were glad to see them again. 

The High Shooter / Standard Class - Ken Jacques, with a total score of 57.  The runner up is Lynn Morse, with 54.

The High Shooter / Hunter Class - Pete Kofira, with a total score of 47.  The runner up is Frank Scoblick, with 31.

Both Ken and Pete will receive a High Shooter Certificate for their winning performance in their respective class.

Thanks to all that participated this month, we look forward to seeing you in May.  Hopefully we can have a few additional shooters as the weather improves, thanks to all that helped set the targets and broke down the range. We did have a misplaced classification book, if you have found it, please give me a call 499-4219 so we can return it to the owner.  Per your suggestions, I will be working on better “rifle holders” at the line, along with “foliage control.” Please make note of your 5 or better in- a- rows on the scorecard so that I can place them in the comments section for recognition.

 I am working on a price for the shirts that were on display, other than the few to which I had spoken, please call me if interested. I am working on a price for embroidering. Naturally, the price would be lower if more polo and tee shirt orders were placed.  You can look good, while you are shooting good!

Now that the “cobwebs” are shook off, our May 9, 2010 shoot should prove to be interesting, see you there!
